Główne problemy związane z wyborem i wdrożeniem systemu klasy erp

Przedsiębiorstwo podejmując decyzję o wyborze i wdrożeniu informatycznego systemu klasy ERP musi liczyć się z tym, że będzie to proces w którym mogą wystąpić problemy. Pierwsze problematyczne zagadnienia mogą pojawić się już na etapie doboru systemu i dostawcy. W głównej mierze dotyczą one procedury pozyskiwania informacji o potencjalnych dostawcach oraz dokonania wyboru najbardziej optymalnego dla danego przedsiębiorstwa. Źródłem problemów może okazać się także wadliwa umowa wdrożeniowa. Jednak największe ryzyko wystąpienia problemów można zaobserwować już w samym procesie implementacji systemu. Nieprawidłowości mogą pojawić się na każdym etapie realizacji projektu. W artykule zaprezentowano najczęstsze problemy, które można zaobserwować podczas wyboru systemu klasy ERP, jak i problemy występujące w czasie z jego implementacji.

The company decides to choose and implement an ERP computer system must reckon with the fact that this is a process in which problems may occur. The first problematic issue may arise at the stage of system selection and vendor. This largely relates to the process of getting information about potential suppliers and to select the most optimal solution for the company. Source of problems may also be flawed implementation contract. However, the greatest risk of problems can be seen already in the process of implementing the system. Problems can arise at every stage of the project. The article presents the most common problems that can be observed when selecting an ERP system and the problems encountered during its implementation. (...)
