Przedstawiono i omówiono schemat blokowy systemu ogrzewania rozjazdów tramwajowych w Warszawie. W systemie tym mogą być realizowane następujące funkcje: kontrola i pomiar prądu grzałek, pomiar temperatury zewnętrznej, załączanie sterowników lokalnych, pomiar opadów deszczu lub śniegu oraz transmisja tych danych do centrum monitoringu. Pokazano przykładowe termogramy powierzchni zwrotnic, wykonane przy mroźnej pogodzie za pomocą kamery termowizyjnej. Przeanalizowano celowość stosowania grzałek o różnej mocy. Na koniec podano harmonogram prac dotyczących wymiany przepalonej grzałki.
Technical supervision of tram rail-switches heating: Warsaw case study
Abstract
A block diagram of system used in Warsaw for tram rail-switches heating is presented and discussed. The system can perform the following functions: heaters current control and measurement, outdoor temperature measurement, triggering of local controllers, rain and snow precipitation measurement and the data transmission to the monitoring centre. Some examples of switches surface thermograms taken with thermovision camera in frosty weather are given. The appropriateness of use of heaters with different power was discussed. Finally a work schedule for replacing burned heater is given. (...)
