Zastosowanie technologii its w transporcie ładunków niebezpiecznych

APPLICATION OF ITS TECHNOLOGY IN TRANSPORT HAZARDOUS CARGO
Transport of dangerous goods is a serious real threat to humans and the environment.
Due to the number and complexity of decision problems encountered during its implementation becomes necessary to provide effective IT solutions for decision support.
The use of Intelligent Transport Systems solutions (called Intelligent Transportation System
- IST) is designed to help manage the transport system, particularly transport infrastructure. The article, based on studies of the structure of quantitative - qualitative transported through the main intersection of Police of dangerous goods and the concept of the use of intelligent transport systems. Quantitative and qualitative structure of the cargo is as follows: static class 8 - 51.62%, various hazardous materials (mainly technical gases in cylinders) - 31.71%, loads classified as class 2 are 12.20%, and flammable liquids (diesel for diesel engines) - 4.47%.
