Problem optymalizacji liczby stanowisk manualnego systemu poboru opłat w ruchu autostradowym

Należą do nich m.in. zagadnienia związane z systemem poboru opłat. Wprowadzenie systemu elektronicznego oraz konieczność przystosowania już istniejących odcinków autostrad do standardów dróg płatnych wymusza na właścicielach i zarządcach autostrad podjęcie szeregu działań. Głównym ich celem jest uszczelnienie i usprawnienie samego procesu. Szczególnego znaczenia nabierają tu zagadnienia optymalizacji liczby stanowisk poboru opłat, które bezpośrednio przekładają się na standard jakości obsługi i koszty eksploatacyjne. W pracy zaprezentowano typowy schemat postępowania w omawianym przypadku, przedstawiono podstawowe jego ograniczenia i wykazano potrzebę posiadania określonych danych wejściowych dla dokonania właściwej optymalizacji liczby stanowisk.
OPTIMIZATION OF THE NUMBER OF POSITIONS IN THE HIGHWAY MANUAL TOLL COLLECTION SYSTEM
The article underlines the fact that the development of a network of expressways and highways inevitably leads to an increase in the importance of issues that previously were of marginal importance. These include issues related to toll collection system. The introduction the system of electronic toll collection and the need to adapt sections of existing highways to toll roads enforces standards for owners and managers of highways to take action. Their main objective is to seal and improve the process of charging. It is particularly important to optimize the number of positions that because it directly influences the standard quality of service and operating costs. The paper presents a typical pattern of conduct in this case, as well as its basic limitations and show the need for a set of input data in order to optimize the number of posts. (...)
