New Edition of the Warehouse and Industrial Map in Poland

The latest edition of the "Warehouse and Industrial Space Map in Poland," developed by Newmark Polska, comprehensively presents the locations of warehouse parks as well as the current and planned road infrastructure network.

The map includes modern warehouse investments completed by developers in key locations across Poland. This annual publication, prepared by experts from Newmark Polska, supports tenants in making decisions related to warehouse space optimization and supply chain expansion.

The Polish warehouse market has reached a stage of stabilization, exceeding 35 million square meters of space nationwide. Tenant and developer activity is focused on six main warehouse markets: Warsaw and its surroundings, Upper Silesia, Central Poland, Lower Silesia, Greater Poland, and the Tri-City area. Demand for warehouses also extends to smaller cities and new locations, driven by the construction of highways and expressways. The advantage of warehouses in our country is their modernity, meeting current technological and environmental standards. We estimate that over 70% of warehouses are less than 10 years old, and more than 46% – no older than five years - says Jakub Kurek, Director of the Industrial and Warehouse Space Department at the consulting company Newmark Polska.

The "Warehouse and Industrial Space Map in Poland," prepared by Newmark Polska, is available exclusively in electronic form. Warehouse locations in individual provinces are presented on separate maps, which can be downloaded for free at the following link: https://www.polskamagazyny.pl/baza-wiedzy/poradniki (in Polish)
