MLP Group has officially inaugurated the construction of a new warehouse facility for Sarantis Polska as part of the expanding MLP Pruszków II logistics park. A ceremonial groundbreaking was attended by representatives of the investor, the tenant, and the general contractor, BREMER. The project will deliver over 24,000 square meters of modern space in a built-to-suit (BTS) format. According to the schedule, the tenant will be able to fully utilize the new hall from 2026.
The newly launched investment is entirely dedicated to Sarantis Polska. Carried out within the MLP Pruszków II warehouse complex, it will provide over 24,000 square meters of modern space in a BTS format.
The tenant will gain preliminary access to the new building as early as November this year, but full operations will commence in the following months after the investment is completed. Around 22,700 square meters will be designated for warehousing, with approximately 5,200 square meters allocated to a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) zone. This area, characterized by very narrow working aisles, enables high throughput and efficient use of space. An additional 2,000 square meters will be used for packaging operations, while 1,400 square meters will serve as modern office space. The hall will feature a net height of 12 meters. In line with MLP Group standards, the new facility will undergo BREEAM certification at the “Excellent” level.
The consistently high demand for modern warehouse space, combined with the dynamic growth of the e-commerce and logistics sectors, drives our intensive investment activity. We are pleased that partners such as Sarantis Polska, with whom we have cooperated for many years, are systematically expanding their presence in our parks and continue to place their trust in us. This is the best confirmation of the high quality of our projects and the competence of our team. MLP Group continues to implement a development strategy focused on innovative, sustainable, and flexible solutions that support the long-term goals of our clients - said Radosław T. Krochta, CEO of MLP Group S.A.
The start of construction on the new warehouse is an important step in the further development of our operational activities in Poland. Our long-standing cooperation with MLP Group gives us full confidence in the quality and suitability of the space for our logistical and production needs. The new facility will provide us with greater efficiency, operational flexibility, and comfortable working conditions for our team. We are especially pleased with the technological and environmental solutions that support the achievement of our sustainability goals - said Giannis Bouras, CEO of Sarantis Group.
We are pleased to be part of this ambitious project. Our goal is to deliver a facility that meets the highest standards of quality and sustainable construction. Thanks to BREMER’s extensive experience in BTS developments and close cooperation with the investor and tenant, we are confident that the project will proceed smoothly and will precisely meet the needs of its future users. We can already announce that the building will stand out not only for its functionality but also for its energy efficiency and compliance with BREEAM certification requirements - said Bartosz Bartosik, Proxy and Head of Project Execution at BREMER.
Graphene Partners also played an important role in the process, supporting the tenant in selecting the developer, developing the warehouse design, choosing technologies, and planning the workflow and layout of the new facility. Currently, Graphene Partners is managing the implementation phase, coordinating all operational and construction activities required to complete the process according to schedule.
