Peakside Capital Advisors has launched construction of the new C1 hall at City Point Targówek. Representatives of the investor and the general contractor, Depenbrock Polska, took part in the groundbreaking ceremony.
The facility will offer 17,000 sqm of modern space, over 10,000 sqm of which has already been leased. Handover is planned for Q3 2026. Hall C1 will provide warehouse modules with areas for modern offices and social facilities, responding to strong market demand. The project also enables light industrial operations. It is being developed on a revitalised site where demolition and preparatory works have been completed. Completion and handover remain scheduled for Q3 2026.
Most of the space has been pre-let by a leading food-sector company. Built in line with sustainable development principles, the hall will feature climate-adaptation solutions: mitigation of the heat-island effect through light façades and white/green roofs, PV installations, and rainwater reuse. Energy performance will be verified via airtightness and thermographic tests. Loading will be possible via docks and ground-level gates. The building will use district heating, and rooflights covering 5–12% of the roof area will ensure natural light. Recreational zones for employees, EV chargers, and sheltered bicycle racks are planned. The facility will seek BREEAM, LEED and WELL HSR certification.
