TRS Warehouse Opens Its First Facility in Pomerania

As part of its entry into the Tri-City market, logistics operator TRS Warehouse was looking for suitable logistics and office space. With the support of specialists from Newmark Polska, who provided comprehensive assistance in market analysis and lease negotiations, TRS Warehouse leased 2,500 sqm of warehouse space in the Panattoni Park Tricity East I complex to support its operations in northern Poland.
TRS Warehouse specializes in warehouse logistics. The company's name reflects the services it provides (TRS – transport, reloading, and service). The experienced TRS Warehouse team offers clients a full range of services, including container transport from the port, customs clearance, product packaging and labeling, order picking, and cargo transport. The company also offers a dedicated service package for e-commerce businesses, including storage, order picking, shipment preparation, and dispatch through courier networks.

We are pleased to have supported TRS Warehouse in securing its first warehouse facility in Pomerania. Due to the nature of the operations and the high volume of cargo reloading carried out by the tenant, we were looking for a unit with more loading docks than standard. The Panattoni facility at 110 Elbląska Street turned out to be the ideal solution, offering 8 loading docks across 2,500 sqm of space - said Jakub Dudkiewicz, Associate Director at Newmark Polska.

It is situated just 7 km from the Baltic Hub Container Terminal and 6 km from the center of Gdańsk.
