Scallier to Commercialize Several New Retail Parks

Each project we commercialize presents a unique challenge. Our role involves analyzing local markets and tenants to determine the most suitable tenant mix, optimizing rental rates, and applying solutions that enrich and enhance the commercial and service offering of each facility. We approach every retail park individually. When designing the leasing strategy, our priority is to ensure convenience for customers making quick, everyday purchases and to offer them a complementary range of services at optimal prices. We aim to create efficient retail spaces that meet investor expectations while also serving as attractive, customer-friendly shopping destinations – says Bartosz Nowak, Managing Partner at Scallier.

The retail park in Bydgoszcz, a city with a population of approximately 330 thousand will be located on Grunwaldzka Street, adjacent to residential areas and national road DK80. It will provide the local market with around 13 thousand sq m. of modern retail space.
In Toruń, home to nearly 200 thousand residents and demonstrating similarly high demand for retail space, a new retail park will be built on Bukowa Street, near residential buildings and a main ring road. This facility will offer 10 thousand sq m. of leasable space.
In the seaside town of Darłowo, the first phase of development will introduce a retail park exceeding 7 thousand sq m., located on the main access road to Darłowo and Darłówko. Despite having only 12 thousand permanent residents, the town sees approximately 1 million visitors annually, making it a high-potential location for retail development.

The second phase of a project in Ruda Śląska will deliver 6 thousand sq m. of retail space. The park on Bukowa Street will be situated near existing commercial facilities, including Castorama and Aura Park.
In Zabrze, Scallier is not only responsible for the commercialization of a retail park on Wolności Street but is also managing the entire project. This includes selecting, contracting, and coordinating all contractors involved from design through to construction. The new development is being built on the site of a former chain supermarket and will be complemented by a nearby Aldi store, further enhancing the local retail offering.

The past few months have been a period of very intense work for our company, resulting in the opening of several new retail parks. In November 2024, a retail park in Ruda Śląska was opened, commercialized by Scallier, followed by the park in Pyrzyce in May of this year. – In the first months of this year, a new retail facility was also launched in Kościan, developed through the redevelopment of a former Tesco building. The park features the city’s first Worldbox store, as well as Rossmann, Sinsay, and Xtreme Fitness club, with Biedronka as the grocery anchor tenant – says Anna Wojciechowska, Senior Leasing Manager at Scallier. – The opening of Shopping Park Ławica, with a leasable area of 6,700 sq m., is scheduled for August in Poznań, on Bukowska Street. Lidl will be the grocery anchor tenant in the park. In October, a new retail park will enter the market in Wrocław, located on Średzka Street. In December, a 7,200 sq m. retail park will open on Bydgoska Street in Chełmża.
