Harden Construction is Carrying Out the Construction of a Warehouse Facility Near Siedlce

In Ujrzanów, right next to Siedlce, the construction of a modern distribution center is underway within the Panattoni Park Siedlce complex. The general contractor for this investment, which covers an area of over 6,200 sqm, is Harden Construction. The completion of the works is scheduled for the end of 2025.

Harden Construction has begun work on a new project – a distribution center within Panattoni Park Siedlce. The facility, covering nearly 6,200 sqm, is being built in Ujrzanów, about 100 kilometers east of Warsaw, in the immediate vicinity of Siedlce and the A2 motorway. The tenant of the building is a logistics operator providing comprehensive logistics services.

The new distribution warehouse will include approximately 5,500 sqm of warehouse space and 500 sqm of office space. Construction work began in May of this year and will continue until the end of the year, after which the facility will be handed over to the tenant from the logistics sector.

Currently, installation works are underway on the construction site, including roofing, sandwich panel facades, steel structure assembly, and overhead installations inside the hall. Earthworks and road works are being carried out in the external areas. The project is currently about 50% complete. In the near future, the installation of the industrial flooring is planned.

A Challenging Investment

Although the investment is located outside urban areas, the project is not without its challenges. One key challenge is the short timeline for so-called "early access," during which part of the facility must be made available to external contractors responsible for installing the mezzanine and warehouse racking.

The presence of the mezzanine requires the implementation of non-standard fire protection solutions to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards. The facility will also be equipped with a conveyor belt and modern building management systems such as BMS (Building Management System), which will allow remote reading of energy, water, and gas meters as well as real-time monitoring of utility consumption – adds Paweł Fiuczek, Managing Director at Harden Construction.

Thanks to the adopted solutions, the project aligns with the principles of sustainable construction. The facility will receive a BREEAM environmental certificate at the Excellent level.

To enhance user comfort, the design includes increased access to natural daylight, and the office section will meet high standards of acoustics, thermal comfort, and air quality.
